The English Access Microscholarship Program (Access) is funded by the U.S. Department of State.

The Access Program provides a foundation of English language skills to bright, economically disadvantaged students, primarily between ages of 13 to 20, in their home countries. Access programs give participants English skills that may lead to better jobs and educational prospects. Since its inception in 2004, approximately 150,000 students in more than 80 countries have participated in the Access Program.

Zeraina Public Fund is a representative of the Access Program in 10 cities across Kazakhstan.

The Open Education Platform provided a facility to host online courses that were developed by Access students as part of Enhancement activities.
